The first is a summary of the developments that have made Sen. Warren a frontrunner and the obstacles that she will face over the approaching primary season. The second is an outline of her tax and spending plans in areas that ought to interest clients, either for their potential disruption to markets or their chances of becoming a ‘blueprint’ for left-of-centre parties in the UK. The third is a series of reasons for why a President Warren would struggle to enact her agenda word-for-word, even if everything that could go right for her under the US’s constitutional framework did.
