Pandemic-Proofing Food Retail: Roger Davidson Interview

Roger Davidson is widely recognized by retailers and the financial community as a leading authority on the food and supermarket industries, with 30 years of experience working for a diverse group of companies including Walmart Stores Inc., H.E.B. Food/Drug, SUPERVALU, Wild Oats, and Ahold USA. As President of his own advisory firm, Oakton Advisory Group, he currently counsels over 300 American and European clients, from retailers to investment managers, on strategic acquisitions, product development, private label, marketing, merchandising and supply chain efficiencies. Today, Roger is a cofounder and owner of MaGi Foods, one of the largest oat and grain packers for private label retail in the US. MaGi currently serves many of the top U.S. retail chains.
