COVID and Construction: David O’Leary Interview

We had the opportunity to speak to David O’Leary about the outlook for UK construction in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and accompanying financial crisis. David has been policy director of the Home Builders Federation since 2015 and also worked for the Conservative Party, including a period as policy advisor to (then-Shadow Housing Minister) Grant Shapps.
